Massage in March
Welcome to Body Time Massage.
It's my pleasure to help my clients retreat from their stresses and worries by providing them with a secluded haven for rest and relaxation. Whether you have a particular muscle knot that needs tackling, are wanting to improve your posture or are simply want to unwind for 30-60 minutes, I'm here to provide you with some well-earned ‘me time'.
Embrace restoration, relaxation and rejuvenation – Book a massage in March at my studio or a home visit below.
The classic massage, and for a good reason. A Swedish massage relaxes the mind as much as it does the body, granting you a retreat from your worries and stresses.
This more intensive massage aims to break down muscle knots and improve blood flow, helping to speed up recovery from exercise or injuries.
Great for relieving tension and headache relief, a head massage uses gentle pressure and calming circular motions to promote blood flow and relax your facial muscles.
Indulge your senses and enhance your massage experience with the ancient art of aromatherapy, combining gentle pressure with essential oils to ease tension.
We tend to think of stress being a purely mental phenomena, but the body feels the strain as much as our brains do. This takes the form of tension, which over time steadily accumulates in areas such as the hips, lower back, shoulders and neck. You could be walking around with a clear mind, but a body loaded with years' worth of stresses and worries!
My massages in March help you to release this stored tension through a combination of gentle pressure and flowing strokes. This leaves you feeling lighter, more relaxed and generally with an improved sense of health and wellbeing.
It's for this reason that I always recommend my clients try to arrange regular massages – Not only does this keep your body and mind tension-free, it's nice to have some dedicated ‘you time' in your calendar to look forward to.
I hold a level 5 qualification in Deep Tissue Massage Therapy. Whether you choose a massage in March at my studio or in the comfort of your own home with my mobile services, you will be in more than capable hands.
My role as a massage therapist is to take care of you and your needs. Your comfort and safety are my priority, which is why I not only take the extra time to set expectations and goals for each session but check in with you through the session to see how you're doing.
